Data Collection for Analysis (Part 1)
Tools and methods will be introduced that allow for effective, time-efficient and appropriate data collection of challenging behaviors that occur within the educational setting.
Determining the Function (Part 2)
Use collected data to determine a hypothesis for why problem behavior is occurring. The session will discuss how to analyze data to determine the function, especially when there are multiple contributing factors impacting the behavior.
Designing Function Driven Replacement Behaviors and Putting It All Together (Part 3)
Learn how to use the information gathered through a functional assessment to effectively identify appropriate replacement behaviors. This training will also review examples of how to write a defensible and accessible FBA report.
