Assistive Technology Consideration (New!)
In this training, participants will 1) Describe the process of assistive technology consideration and 2) Recognize the role of Individual Education Plan (IEP) team members in considering assistive technology.
Assistive technology must be considered for all students with an IEP. What does this mean for professionals supporting students in special education? What assistive technology should be considered? This training will describe the process of assistive technology consideration, examine commonly available assistive technology and explore how to effectively implement assistive technology.
