All Means All School-to-Work
School-to-Work site designed by students for other students. The project is dedicated to finding out what works for all learners when it comes to access, benefit, participation, and choice within school-to-work opportunities.
The Job Accommodation Network (JAN) is an international toll-free consulting service that provides information about job accommodations and the employability of people with disabilities. JAN also provides information regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
National Information Center for Children and
Youth with Disabilities
A clearinghouse that provides information on disabilities and disability-related issues to teachers, families, and other professional agencies. Site provides links to other related sites on transition.
Schools of California Online Resources for
SCORE contains information on a variety of school-to-work activities. This is a web-based classroom resource.
LD Online - Transition Services in the
Site is sponsored by the National Information Center for Children and Youth with Disabilities and contains information about assessment, transition planning in the IEP, transition components and services, and references.
