Transition Basics
This online training will help you understand the Transition services mandated by the federal law, Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act 2004 (IDEIA '04) also known as (IDEA '04). The training is designed to provide tools for both you and your child to promote active participation in your child’s Transition IEP.
The training is divided into six units. It is recommended, although not necessary, to proceed in sequential order.
